Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous - June 2022 Release

Hi my friends, I'm sharing a card I made exclusively for Simon Says Stamp for the release of the June 2022 stamps and stencils from Tim Holtz and Stampers Anonymous. Tim will be officially launching the new products on his YouTube channel and sharing projects from the Makers on 11th June, 9.00am PT/12.00pm ET and 5.00pm if you're in the UK but the products are now available to pre-order over at Simon Says Stamp HERE. I used Bubbles, Botanical Collage, Eccentric and Noteworthy stamp sets along with the Focus Mini Layering Stencil from Set 52, all linked below.

I began by trimming Distress Watercolor card to 4" x 5.1/4", stamped the Bubbles background, inked with Kitsch Flamingo and Bundled Sage Distress Oxide ink and spritzed lightly with water. The stamp does come with it's own Grid Block included but I decided to lay the stamp face up and press the Distress Watercolor card on to the inks.I applied Kitsch Flamingo Distress Oxide ink randomly through the Focus Mini Layering Stencil using a mini round blending tool.I stamped the flower image from Botanical Collage, inked with Black Soot Distress Archival inkI stamped images from Eccentric inked with Peeled Paint and Black Soot Distress Archival inkI coloured the flower head and leaves using Kitsch Flamingo and Bundled Sage Distress Ink Re-inkers and a Distress Detailer Brush.

I inked the sentiment from Noteworthy with Distress Embossing ink, stamped on to a scrap of Simon Says Black Cardstock, sprinkled with Simon Says White Fine Detail Embossing Powder, heat set, trimmed and fixed to the panel with Distress Collage Medium. 

I added machine stitching

To finish, I matted the panel on to a panel of Simon Says Black Cardstock and fixed to an A2 white card blank.
