But back to the crafty stuff and another fun playtime day with my new Tim Holtz goodies...
using the Christmas Blueprints 4 Stamp Set and probably my favourite stencil to date...Gothic
I couldn't resist adding a little bit of Frantage and my favourite Remnant Rubs...
I stamped/coloured the pine cone 3 times and cut out to create a 3D effect...
and my favourite image from this Blueprint set...the gorgeous Poinsettia
adding words from the Christmas Words Stencil...a few random snowflakes using the Holiday Knit Stencil and yes more Remnant Rubs...I fear I'm addicted
I'll be back tomorrow to share what I made with the Holly and Pinebranch images from the set.
Toodle-oo for now from this "kid in a sweet shop" happy crafty person
Hugs Kath xxx
These are lovely Kath. The background looks so icy and frosty and I really like the way you have 3d the cone. x
ReplyDeleteGorgeous work Kath this is my favourite of Tom's recent releases. I need an overdraft! XX
ReplyDeleteFAB pieces today and great news about Buddy and the duvet!!!

Absolutely gorgeous. I've vowed "no new Christmas stash" this year but July isn't over yet and I'm already weakening...
ReplyDeleteA gorgeous set of cards hun :) xxx
ReplyDeleteGorgeous cards! I think you just made my shopping list longer again, lol. x
ReplyDeleteLoving the projects, so wintery, take care, corinna.
ReplyDeleteThanks for enabling, Kath - love what you did with these new goodies!!
ReplyDeleteYou make magic!! Those TH goodies are in the right hands.
ReplyDeleteI adore the pointsettia card Kath - looks like a flame orangy colour on my computer - fab. Also loved your Paris and butterfly samples from yesterday - love that butterfly image - I use my butterfly timmy tote bag all the time, so I may weaken and have to get the set. We have had over two weeks of this hot stuff here so at last I am getting a good nights sleep - sat out most of one night last week in the garden (it was 24C outside even then) as the house had become an oven - but at least I don't have a fur coat like Buddy! love Susan X.
ReplyDeleteLove, love the way you layered up the pinecone and poinsettia, they are so effective and the backgrouns are just beautiful. Great use of the Frantage! I totally agree about the stencil and that is the only stamp set I have bought so far - thanks so much for the inspiration - as ever! Hugs, Anne xx
ReplyDeleteWow, love them all, that pinecone looks amazing!
ReplyDeleteOh it is so hot here, I am melting despite sitting here with the fan on me!
The dogs are trying to find the coolest spot to lay in too. I went out to get my new glasses, was going to save the parking and walk from Sainsburys but it was too hot so I paid!
I just love these fabulous cards Kath. I really think I need these stamps. Hugs Rita xxx
ReplyDeleteBeautiful creations Kath.
ReplyDeleteToni xx
So beautiful cards! hugs, Helena
ReplyDeleteGorgeous creations! I've just tried Tim Holtz stencils for the first time and love them. I'll have to get my hands on these new ones because they look so brilliant here!
