Stampin Chic Technique Challenge

Morning Folks and what a gorgeous...glorious sunny morning it is...and it's Wednesday already...where does the week go....time for me to show you my card for this week's challenge on Stampin Chic......a technique challenge

STITCHING......

and you all know how I love stitching on my cards.....the real thing...if I have plenty time or faux which can look just as good.......I do have one of those little sewing machines but to be quite honest.....by the time I get it all threaded up and the thread through the eye of the needle which I swear gets smaller every time.....I find it quicker just to hand sew....but on this occasion...time wasn't on my side.....so just lots of faux stitching.......I like to pierce holes all around the edge of the card first and then run over with a fine liner pen......I think it makes it look more authentic....also pierced holes in the stamped out buttons and threaded with floss.

Image coloured with Whispers Pens and my favourite Koi water brush.... finished off with one of my favourite sayings.....and how true....this could apply to me definitely....back soon with surprise surprise another challenge card and I haven't had time to join in with this one for absolutely ages.....yes one of my favourites....2Sketches4You....just need to go and take the pic after we have had our morning stroll.......
